Tough week for picking and switching because much like Pebble Beach - which I still want to call the "Crosby" (I can still hear him crooning "Straight down the middle, it went straight down the middle") - they play on different courses in the early rounds so it is hard to judge who is playing better.

It is indeed. Using the "experts" as a guide helps. One problem is that they do not do like in Nascar where they tell you at least who won that tournament last year. Golfers are not really that streaky, and can be on or off from one week to the next, but there are certain courses they do better on than others. Would be nice if Yahoo gave you that kind of info.
Well be intersting when Tiger comes back @ Pebble - and I notice he has been relegated to the "B" list.

Tigers doing quite well over in Abu Dhabi right now though. This could be a big year if he stays healthy.

OK. Thanks. I never looked at the preview before. That is good info, but they could still do like on Nascar where they put that one piece of info right in your team page for the tourney.

Agreed. Like yesterday I had the 3rd and 5th place finishers on my bench. Tempted to start them today.

Really tough @ Torrey Pines as one of the courses is apparently a lot harder than the others.

So far a good decision to move Sang-Moon Bae into my starting lineup today.

Default Fantasy Golf, Anyone?
The season officially starts this w/e @ Kapalua in HI., and it should be an interesting one w/ Tiger maybe back to somewhat his old self, and a lot of new kids coming on.
If I get enough interest - say at least 5 people - I can set something up today on Yahoo and we can get our picks in by 5:00 AM Friday for this week's tourney.

OK I have set this up.

I have set it up so you get to drop the lowest scoring week. This is nice as everybody misses one week or another for some reason.
Good Luck.

Have four players so far.

Need to get your picks in by 5:00 AM tomorrow (Fri 1/6) to get points for this week.

Anybody else interested?

Why the hell not?

Can't be worse than fantasy NASCAR.

At least they don't change the rules when the wind changes direction.

That reminds me. I wonder if Y.O.M. will be back to kickstart that again this year.
I almost thought about naming the league "Y.O.M.'s 5 Wood"
