Absolutely. But among top tour-winning golfers, Norman's Major winning % is very comparable. The best outstrip him (Woods, Nicklaus, etc)... but that's very very far from 'suck'.

Lanny Wadkins... really sucks.
Tom Kite... really sucks.

Sam Snead, leader for number of overall tour wins (82), who won only 7 majors in a 30 year career... pretty much sucks.

norman had a very successful career. wins, places etc.... but hes most known for his choke jobs. not sure how you could see it any other way. he's had some just tragic moments that i for one have loved very much so. but he's rich even after destroying the lives of friends so he has that going for him.
