OK as I read the first line of this thread I was going to give ryr shit for teasing us about a hole in one that wasn't his. That is until I saw where he hit his shot, and from 187 no less. Damn that has to be the best 2 shots on a par 3 any of us has ever seen or heard of outside of the tour.

I'd be pissed too if the paper read 9 inches.

I put that picture as wallpaper on both my computer and my phone. I'm hoping that it inspires me.

That right there's a story for a long time to come. 2 aces on one hole would have been un-friggin-believable.

Default Hole In One
On the 10th hole today. No it wasn't me. I hit first. If you look at the attachment, my ball is the one about 4 inches from the hole. I made birdie.

The guy who hit behind me holed it.

He took away my greenie and birdie money.

187 yards, we both hit hybrids.

First Hole in One of 2009 goes to COGC Member, Jeff Chatham. Jeff aced the 187 yard tenth hole with a #4 hybrid. Witnesses included Jimmy Blades, Fred Koller, JR Sutton, and a frustrated Mike Fisher who had just hit a great shot 9 inches from the hole but lost out on "the game" thanks to Jeff's great shot. The ace was Jeff's second. Congrats, Jeff! More like 4 inches dammit. I don't know where she got 9 inches.

I've never heard of anyone complaining that a woman OVERESTIMATED the length.

Looks like a helluva shot you made.

I bet you told your buddy he was going to have to hole it to beat you too.

It was unusual but I didn't say anything, and I'm glad.
