I thought i was horrible today but we played with a guy that just sucked, he was a left who basically was squating in a catchers stance when he swung, he had one shot where he completely missed the ball and the club flew out of his hand on the backswing and landed in a bush...hilarious.

You don't practice.

Now someone tell me why I suck, because I do practice, at least some.

Are you a lefty? Otherwise, that wide-right isn't a hook.

That's a slice, and it's probably just a result of your grip and set-up. Get thee to the nearest Golf Professional.

Really, the best way is a session with a Pro. Let him at least set you up with the fundamentals. Without a proper grip and set-up, you have no chance.
I would actually suggest two sessions, the second being on the short game. The first session will help you enjoy the game, the second will help you score, if that is at all important to you.
