That's right first round of the year with my sticks (played with borrowed stick in FLA in April) and I couldn't fucking find a drive to save my life, went 41-43 in what I felt like was an overall good round of golf save the driver...I gotta get this sorted out.

I hit my drives ok, still haven't rounded my game into shape. Short shots suck, sometimes on long irons I don't finish and it goes right. No short game. Not draining putts like my usual self. No birdies today.

Nothing to do with that - usually when I get into trouble it's because I "hold on" a little bit too long (don't properly release the clubhead) and that's what I was fighting all day, blocking the drives high right.
