Default Handicap blues
My handicap keeps going up like the temperature.
The last revision I went up to 15.9 if it revised today it'd be 16.6.
Crazy game but I love it.

I'm sorry to hear that , then. I remember when I still kept a handicap, every time I would post a really low score I would invariably screw up the next two or three rounds. I could never seem to get it to go down much at all. I think that might be part of the reason I don't keep one anymore.

I know it can be super frustrating at times, but hang in there, after a few good rounds it'll go back down.

Sometimes I think golfers are never happy. We complain that our game is falling apart when our handicaps go up; we complain that we cannot play to our handicap when it goes down. Wah, wah, wah.

And I do it too.

Just go pro. Then you won't have to ever think about handicaps again.

I noticed that my handicap had been going up recently as well. I took a closer look at the courses I was posting scores on. I thought I was playing pretty good but it turns out that the slope of the courses are much lower than the course I play the most, so the "good" score I posted doesnt looj as good as my "bad" scores on harder courses. if that makes sense...

Eh, everyone has bad stretches. Don't worry about it. You'll get back on track soon.
