Default Worst tee box ever?

I don't think the photo does it justice but seriously? Needless to say we didn't hit from there and moved up. But if you can tell this is not even close to a real tee box. It is on a two to three foot hill and is not even close to level. I'm sure it was a joke(I hope atleast) but we just looked at it and laughed

That's pretty bad, but next time I get out to my course I'll show you a bad tee box. They are uneven and the grass is terrible.

Yep, it is pretty bad but here at our course most of the ladies tees are just like that or worse. It makes me feel bad for the ladies having to use them.

There is only 2 or 3 level tee boxes at my course, its ridiculous but the rest of the course is in great shape. I have seen much worse than that one TC1. Pictures never look as bad as they are in real life so I can only imagine how bad it actually is.

That doesn't look as bad as some of the boxes at my former home course. If I make it out there again, I'll take some pics. Any idea as to why the course set up temporary (assuming) tee boxes now? Again, I'm assuming that's not the actual tee box designed for the hole, but if they are like the idiots that run my home course, anything is possible.

The actual tee box is maybe 10 yards in front of this hill(to the left) otherwise all of the tee boxes are really starting to show their age and need to be redone. We play this place cause of the great rates(best around the area) but you certainly get what you pay for sadly.

Oh, same thing with my home course. Everything has gone down hill with them though, which is why a lot of us are just going elsewhere.

I see that and my first reaction is, "not every course is Pebble Beach." I have played many rounds on courses that have had tee boxes or fairways that look like that. I try to not let in bother me. It could be worse, you could be dead. (my dad's favorite saying for putting things into perspective)
