Default Rules changes.
So the USGA and the R & A stated today if a ball moves while it is being addressed it is no longer a penalty. As long the player did not cause it to move.

A couple others, too. You can't be DQ'ed for being 5 minutes late to your tee time, and some amateur status changes, too.

But the ball movement change is pretty big. I'm fine with it. As long as they don't change anything so players can move their ball out of a divot.
