Default OOB Golf - Handicap
Does anyone know if OOB uses RCGA rules regarding equitable score control? I just learned about ESC today (which means my handicap is probably inflated) and RCGA for the most part uses a max score of 2 over par while the USGA uses a max score of 7 (generalizing here). OOB has my settings at RCGA, but I don't know if they use that in the ESC calculation or if I would have to enter my adjusted score myself.

I looked on the OOB site but I can't find how to ask them directly.

If you have your settings to RCGA then OOB will be making that calculation for u.

The ESC only gets applied if you enter your scores on a hole by hole basis. If you enter a total score ESC cannot be applied.

I am not sure how this handicap system and the Tmex are different? A ton of folks on here are now using the tmex handicap which I would assume is very close or equal to the Ghin handicaps?
