I got an email this morning that really woke me up. An Austads store on 72nd and Dodge (Omaha NE) store is closing. I usually went in there on a daily basis and had a nice time testing out clubs and looking at their stock. But the store will be missed.

That sucks man. I hated it when Golf Galaxy closed by my house, especially because you get to know the people who work there.

That bites, luckily we still have two here in Lincoln. I really enjoy going to both of them. But from my experience the golf galaxy at oakview isn't too bad. And at least you've got some dicks sporting goods to at least see gear. But the information and expertise by the employees at austads can't be matched in my opinion!

I think we are down to 2 now as well. Golf galaxy at oakview is amazing. The selection cannot be matched. But the professionalism is at Austads.

Bummer... going to have to see if they have a closeout sale of some sort going on....

Yeah that does suck. Never been to that one, but have to one in Lincoln, sorry to hear it.
