With the most of the crew that I play with loosing your temper is just an invitation for the busting of chops. Once they start they won't let up until they have another target. We all take turns.
Same with my buddies. The first chance I had to break 90 last summer and I was 100 yards out in a bunker, lying 86. All I had to do was get on and two putt. This is usually my shot but I got so ahead of myself that I totally duffed it. Hit the next one about 15 feet threw my wedge out of the bunker while dropping a huge F bomb. I went on to 2 putt and get a 90 but they kept yelling "Rat Farts" at me the rest of the day and they still do everytime they see me. To be honest that was one of the rare times I have thrown a club.

I'm normally ok while I am getting the clubs out of the truck. After that, it could be any time.

I've been known to leave an imprint on the ground of the sole of my irons after an approach shot from time to time...

I have a tendency to get REALLY frustrated at approach shots and on the green. But moreso the approach shots!

I try to hold onto my temper. The only thing I can think of that I do with regularity is make a motion to throw my club but I don't actually really swing, I think I get to about 50% of the way to heaving it. MO or Jeff or my wife could tell you if that's all true or not true.

My wife might back me up but Jeff or MO might throw me under the bus!

I don't lose my temper on the course all that often, but the place where I sometimes get frustrated is between green and tee when I am waiting for the group in front of me to stop taking their sweet ole time.

For me, its a tossup between the bunker and any time Im hitting my 3-wood off the deck. Those are the parts of my game that I struggle the most with.

I dunno, there's a difference between losing your temper and getting frustrated. Losing your temper, to me means yelling/screaming, throwing things, hitting stuff, etc. Popping a nut as it were.

I can get frustrated. Yesterday I mishit a ball on the first hole(3 shots, 3 mishits) and I dropped an fbomb. Not real loud but then I remembered I was paired up with someone. No idea if he heard me or not but I said excuse me and didn't swear again.

Sometimes I'll hold my club in my right hand and kinda swing it up and down a bit after a bad shot. I'm not hitting the ground or putting any real force into it. I'm sure you can tell I'm not happy but it's not like my face is red, I have both hands on the club and I'm swinging it like an ax.....
