Default Sports Specific Supplement Review
This one is pretty interesting. GG did a review on a supplement she has been taking for a little while.

I really don't know if they are the reason I have been playing better, or why I feel more focused at work, but since those things have been happening I plan to continue using these. They have a lot of great components that help promote a healthy lifestyle.

Well I have been using these for a while now and the past two days I forgot to take them. Maybe it's just me, maybe it's because of the gloomy weather, but I felt less focused and less motivated then normal. I really do think these work.

I know nothing about these but is it possible there is a placebo effect going on?

At the beginning I thought there could be a placebo effect. But I didn't even realize how much more focused I was until I didn't take them for a few days. Either way, for me they seem to work so I am going to keep using them. My numbers at work have been so much better except these last few days all of a sudden my productivity has declined.....I am just not sure if it is a freak coincidence or not.

I thought that might be what you were indicating. I know some people who swear by them.

Well, the B's in it alone would help blood flow and concentration. Omega 3 and folic acid are recommended for men for the heart. Mag and Phos....even if they didn't take strokes of the game they are loaded with the power players in brain vitamins. And if they do take strokes off the game...I want a boxcar full of 'em! Ha! Where do you get them?

I swore I was going to keep taking these supplements but once I was out I stopped. I really don't know why, I think I was just too lazy to order more but I did stop taking them.

Well I have been suffering from focus issues a lot lately. I am not being very productive at work and I can't keep my concentration. So I decided I would try taking these again. I am more convinced then ever that the work.

I got more work done today, a rainy gloomy day mind you, then I have in two weeks. It's not like an energy pill where I have the shakes and I can't sit down. Instead I just found myself more focused and determined to get my work done. It feels more like I finally got a good nights sleep and the ironic part is I didn't actually get a good night's sleep last night.
