Default Golf and a Bad Back!
I got one of these little dudes today and can't recomend it enough. If, like me, you have a simi sore back after golf and still have to spend a lot of time in a car or office chair at the desk, this thing works. I got the 10 motor at a Wal-Mart in Missouri as we traveled through for like $29. Heat, vibrate and massage while driving, lol. Now it's in my recliner, hehe.

I have used one similar to that one, but I like this one better, because the large one didn't go all the way down to where my back hurt! (It just missed it by an inch or two!) This one you can put exactly where you need it. I don't use the heat function though, I always apply cold to my back.

I think this helps my right leg more than my back. After an hour on the road or sitting in a desk chair my leg gets this stinger through the hip all the way to my ankle. The vibration helps. Have you tried the cold packs and then heat, switching back and forth?

edit: I may try that too, anything to help the lower back.

Oh that's a vibrating seat? I used the same thing as what I had pictured but with several of those knobby things that rotated and moved up and down the seat back. When driving, the vibrating one might just be nice. And the heat for when you just get into a cold car is great!

I've tried heat, but the cold does better for me.

I'm wanting a recliner with the rolling massage. Tried one once in a furniture store. It popped my back in place!
