If myself, and others in our group have a tee time, 30 minutes is good enough. Most of that is used up by standing in line to pay. If I show up as a single, (no tee time) if the first tee is open, a couple of practice swings, and I take right off.

Never understood why there is usually only counter person to check people in, and answer the phone too. Also never understood why those standing in line have too wait for the guy to hang up the phone before he can wait on those waiting at his counter. Heaven for bid there is another phone call. Must be a "Billy Casper" thing....
