Default Settings on your R9??
Hey All,
I just picked up an R9 460 (used, of course and verified with TM)
Just wondering what you have your settings at....

I am LH, so mine are opposite..
I actually have only hit it with the setting at "N", but have since cut it down to my nominal length of 44.25" and reset it to "R" which should be about 2* closed and help to promote a draw....I will take my wrench to the range and "tinker" as I have not hit it since the change....

Mine is setup 1 notch closed. I like the ball flight it gives me in that area. I like tinkering with it on the range. While it does not have the options of the Evolver, it has very different ball flights at each setting.

JB...Is that N-L or NU-L??
I have a feeling that "R" will be too much and I will need to go to N-R or NU-R
(something like what you are playing)

I have it set at N-L. But on windy days, I put it straight to L for some reason I like the ball flight, although you would figure it would be opposite.

Currently I have mine set at NU-L (1* closed), however I have bounce some between that and L (2* closed). L is where I always gravitate back to because of the higher ball flight and more carry unless the wind is eating me up.

I was lucky enough to catch a Taylormade sample day locally and the tester on hand was nice enough to spend a bit working with me. He felt my swing worked in the "N" position.

I keep mine at N or NU-R if I'm pulling the ball that day. I definately don't need more draw with my driver
