I'm a devoted golf lover, and need to report my golf swing to practice/learn. I registered with this area called golftec which costs about $1500 per six months. Their primary support has been in a position to report your golf swing. Their gear doesnt look very costly and their pc software is fairly low-tech. So I thought I could write my very own pc software that could do the same. Nevertheless I cant seem to determine which kind of camera to make use of along side my computer. I've tried using several webcams, with the best effect being a Logitech Quickcam 9000 expert, but I'm afraid my swing movement is too quick and I cant seize the precise place of the club shaft throughout the swing. It doesnt have to be completely clear only notably. The gear they use in the position that costs $1500 has some previous cameras connected through s-video towards the computer and the picture quality is pretty unclear but you get a pretty good sign of where the membership is, its not superior but you pretty much know where it's. I was hoping I can replicate it with some form of USB camera to reduce expense. I'm speculating a typical swing action is approximately 2- 3 seconds. I'd probably need 10 obvious frames per 2nd, but im betting i need a with 60 or 90 fps? Would you men have any ideas regarding what options to-use and what to get? I'm currently using 320x240 body size and 1-5 fps. I've written a lot of the program currently only dont have the best gear. Thanks, Tony
