He does interview well, a definite improvement over the last 500 years of Larry King.

Yes,he was a judge on America's Got Talent but now launched his own show and his first interview was with Oprah.(lol) He is like Simon Cowell.

He had excellent ratings his first night, but he failed to over take Sean Hannity & FOX.
