acting is in soap operas. I turned on the TV a few minutes early for the noon news a few minutes ago. A soap opera was on and OMG how bad the acting was.

It's almost as bad as the acting in Court Room TV. Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown..

I rarely watch Day time TV.

I don't watch soap operas. I do remember how bad the acting was though. It's also funny watching old films and seeing actors/actresses who are unspeakably bad that you immediately think "yeah, they never worked again".

No worse than the so-called reality TV shows, IMO

My favorite soaps are off the air now, anyway...but I still watch Y&R sometimes.

I can't stand to look at that one troll-faced woman that's on one of the shows. I can't think of her name but she's really orange w/ dark hair and has 2 little girls that look just like her.

Jersey Shore is plenty enough embarrassing TV to admit that I watch.
