I'll be seeing it sometime this week...one of my more antisipated DVDs. Angelina Jolie in a Dodge Viper...what more can you ask for?

I wasn't sure if I was going to or not, but I did anyway. I thought it was a good movie; not the best, but a very solid bad ass action movie. I hate the idea of a sequel though...

I actually thought this movie was pretty lame.

-the unbelievable things that went on was too over-the-top. the guy at the beginning ran so hard that he left a dent in the elevator, caused so much wind in the offices to move everything around, and able to jump from one skyscraper to another, while shooting at guys, etc. only to be killed by a bullet miles away traveling between buildings, train cars, etc. from the comfort of his own home with thi feet kicked up...lame.
-that fat lady was funny, and hilarious when that guy finally snapped on her and smashed his best friend in the face with a keyboard. THAT was the high point of the movie, for me.
-I thought curving a bullet was lame before watching, and it actually is lame.
-it was a little ridiculous how much this guy got the shit beat out of him.
-not only can they curve a bullet, but Jolie's character manages to make a bullet go in a complete circle...wow. she must be the best, right?
-I could go on, but I actually feel sick to my stomach right now...

...I guess it's not my cup of tea.

Wow, you didn't suspend reality at all. Saw it in movies, and actually liked it. Was entertaining, probably gonna pick it up this week along with The Dark Knight.

You do know it's based off a graphic novel, right? In other words...a comic book.

yea, I even thought that...me liking things like X-Men, Dragonball Z, Kill Bill, etc. I thought I could go along with something like this, but I just didn't feel much of this movie at all. that's why I said it was over-the-top, but too over-the-top. there's gotta be something different here from the others, or it could be that I've seen things like this before, except for the ability of curing a bullet and shooting wings off a fly...for one, the ass beating the guy kept getting over, and over kinda turned me off from the movie. it was ridiculous. I guess I don't enjoy seeing the same ass beating over, and over. at one point I said, "holy shit, man, do something!" LOL

I must say I was laughing my ass off when that guy finally snapped on that fat lady. THAT was great, and that should be the highest point of the movie.

the ending was kinda lame. really? Jolie's character has to be the best since she was able to make her bullet go in a complete circle to kill everybody, including herself, right? it was so dramatic, but still quite lame. before she did that I thought "I know she isn't about to kill everybody in that circle room"
