Its a real Pitty that Brosnan is gone as Bond, he will be remembered as one of the greats, at least in my opinion.
Anyway their latest efforts haven't exactly been incredable, infact the last movie stank, frankly.

Ooo, I wonder who the new Bond will be. Seems like that will be the deciding factor...so many possibilities! Lets hope they don't screw the casting up, I really hope the legendary status of the series will allow them to really select from the cream of actors.

I think we can all agree Mr T should be James Bond

I've never been a huge Bond fan. They're Ok movies, a good franchise and fun to watch when nothing else is on. Goldeneye was the last James Bond movie I enjoyed all the way through so good to hear it's the same director. I just wanna know who is the James Bond. Hopefully a good British Actor.

ROSS KEMP *cough*

In my opinion, Goldeneye was the last good Bond movie. So, the fact that the same man will direct Casino Royale gives me hope.

I really do hope they don't screw this one up.

It's too bad because he was great in the role but as always, time to move forward.

The title seems very different from the direction they have taken recently. Retro is always good though.

I'll have to see more on this and who is cast but I'm always looking forward to a new Bond movie. Hopefully they don't screw up "going a new direction".

I hope it doesn't turn out like Die Another Day, I prefer the old school Bond films. Goldeneye was a good one though so if it's been directed by the same guy hopefully it has some potential. Lets just hope it doesn't turn into an excuse to use mindless action at every possible chance given.

This is good, especially considering that they got the Goldeneye director. Now, we just have to hope that the casting of Bond himself is good and that they stick to the book. Oh, and an old-school Bond that's a proper film and not a set-piece extravaganza might be good too....

Great, how many Bond movie's they going to have? The only good ones were the ones with Sean Connery in them.

Default "Casino Royale" the title for James Bond 21
Really not sure about this, i like the director and he's the right man for the job but i still feel that the current production team are murdering bond, and if there gonna do that don't murder the books as well...

We'll see who plays bond...

I heard that the leading bets are on Dougray Scott, Clive Owen is a contender, even more so with his recent Golden Globe win and rise in fame.

I personally dnt think ne1 is more suited than Brosnan was. I think Ioan Gruffud looks the most Bond-like....Clive Owen seems not right IMO.
