Concentration in dhikre means different things to different people depending on their stage and status:
1.for people like us concentration on the name of Allah(or the wordings of dhikre) is enough.
2. For someone more advanced, concentration on the Sifat of Allah during dhikre brings concentration.
3. For AwliaAllah concentration on the Zat of Allah is the essence.Wordings of dhikre may or may not be required.

Focus on Allah's name, imagine it written in front of you, whatever zikr you do is going to have Allah's name in it, whenever it comes try to bring the image of Allah's name in your head..this can bring back your concentration for the entire dua or wazeefa, whenever Allah is mentioned through some other word, like anta or rabbi do the same...Allahualam
