![]() During the taraweeh tonight the imam recited surah insan. He recited the 24th verse wrong, tried to fix it, failed to do so, so he went into ruku' and we finished the 2-rakah set like this. In the next set, I expected him to start from verse 25, but he completely skipped it and started the recitation from verse 26. He probably didn't even realize he skipped a verse, and there were no huffath there so he wasn't corrected. I didn't correct him because I didn't have the guts to do so ![]() Does this affect the validity of taraweeh? Technically it wouldn't really be "khatm-e-Qur'an' since he skipped a verse. Should I tell him about this tomorrow, and can this still be fixed somehow? |
