Just to inform you that there isn't ANY MAJOR ISLAMIC ORGANIZATION in the world today of any denomination or sect which calls for the fasting to begin (Subh-Sadiq) before 17.5 degrees, details posted on the forum here:

In the UK Hizbul-Ulamah and some Masajid & Ulamah have timetables which are at 15 degrees, 14 degrees, 13 degrees and all other derivatives which are completely at odds with the Islamic world and it also means that Muslims are continuing to eat after the fast has started which means that they are destroying their fasts.

Deobandi Ulamah NEVER issued a Fatwa to continue to eat beyond 18 degrees

As long as you are crystal clear that you are ALL ALONE in the entire Islamic world (let alone contradicting Deobandi Ulamah) and are willing to accept it, that becomes your issue.
