Default Facing Qibla

I am unsure of the etiquettes of using the bathroom and facing feet towards qiblah.

What if your toilet is facing towards qiblah? Is it required to spend thousands to move the toilet? Or is it merely disliked rather than haraam?

How about when the rooms and beds face towards qiblah and one sleeps facing the qiblah.

Hope someone can help me with this issue.

Q: A toilet inside the house faces the Qiblah. Is it permissible to use the
toilet, or should the direction be changed?
A: Hadhrat Abu Hurayra (Radhiallaahu ?nhu) narrates that Rasulullah
(Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, 'I am to you like a father to a son, do
not face the front or back towards the Qiblah (when relieving onself).'
(Tirmidhi vol.1 pg.8; HM Saeed Company). According to the above Hadith, when
relieving oneself, it is not permissible to face the front or back towards
the Qiblah. Therefore, the direction of the toilet should be changed.
However, if that is not possible, one should sit in a posture, away from the
actual direction of the Qiblah. (Ibid)

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

Allah Ta'ala says in the Quran:

من يعظم شعائر الله فإنها من تقوى القلوب

"If one observes the sanctity of the symbols of Allah, then such things emanate from the piety of the hearts."(22:32)

The Qibla (direction of the Ka'bah) is considered to be one of the Sha'air (symbols) of Allah Ta'ala. Therefore, the Qibla should be respected. Stretching one's legs and spreading one's feet before others is considered a sign of disrespect. The Qibla is the direction facing towards the Ka'bah, which is the most sacred site for Muslims. Praying towards the Qibla is one of the distinct signs of a Muslim with which Allah Ta'ala blessed and bestowed on this Ummah.

It is Makruh (disliked) to point the feet towards Qibla while sleeping.

However i have come across this answer on http://seekersguidance.org/ans-blog/...qibla-in-mind/.

Final Note

It is also important to remember that this endeavor is not meant to be excessively difficult. Remember that Allah tells us that He intends for us ease, not hardship (2:185) and that He does not burden a soul with more than it can bear (2:286). So while it is important to observe proper etiquette with the qibla, it is not expected of you to incur tremendous costs and labor to do so.

Unlike in earlier times, many Muslims nowadays use bathrooms with fixed toilets and sinks. Oftentimes, they do not have a say as what directions the toilets and sinks face. As such, it is understandable that many Muslims cannot deliberately observe the proper etiquette regarding the qibla, although it is still recommended for them to do what they can.

However, if you are able to design your home with the qibla in mind without undue hardship, then insha’Allah this little effort will result in a lifetime of reward for consistently observing proper etiquette with this noble direction.
Would it be reasonable of me to follow this opinion and not incur cost re-designing the whole house?
