As brother Nomadic pointed out, there are physical benefits to male circumcision. Modern science has only recently uncovered some of the benefits of male circumcision. For example, those men who are circumcised are at lower risk of penile cancer, as compared to those who are uncircumcised. Tattoo's have absolutely no benefit to your body.
