As-salamu Alaikum brother and sisters.

I had a conversation with a kafir, we where talking about how tattoos are not permissible in Islam because it alters the creation of Allah. He said that would make Islam hypocritical because people are born uncircumcised and Muslims are at birth circumcised and that's altering the creation of Allah right?

And it had me stuck I didn't know what to say to him so we just left it at that. Can some one tell me if this would this make him... Right???
