I am new to this forum but no to forums in general (I am on several car and computing forums!). Ramadhan Mubarak to everyone. May Allah (swt) reward us for our fasts and all our Ibaadat performed this month and after Ramadhan. I am a 30 year old IT technican living in Lancashire, UK.

I have been struggling with a personal problem and have posted in the sensitive Q&A section of the forum. I am hoping Insha'Allah someone takes a look at this and can enlighten me.

I did the same thing - so far the responses have been very helpful, but bare in mind that it can only be viewed and responded to my moderators, so it may take a little more time to get a response than questions in the public forum.

My question took about 10 views and 24 hours before it got a response. My impression is that if the question is important, the mods will spend time and consideration before responding, instead of the knee-jerk reactions that can be typical on many forums. Good luck with it

If your question is not immediate, then just be patient and you will get an answer. If you don't feel comfortable posting it in open forum, then don't. I would like to say that no one will think poorly of you, but quite honestly, not all people are understanding, compassionate, nor helpful.
