Default TV in Ramadhan - is it ok?
There are many "useful(?)" Ramadhan programmes on the Islamic channels during this month so are we supposed to be watching more TV?

Is watching the Taraweeh prayers beneficial? You hear the Qur'an but can't you just listen to the Qur'an on audio equipment? Would watching people praying in the Grand Mosque actually give you reward?

What about the news? There's nothing wrong in that? 30 minutes a day is enough. Otherwise you won't know what's happened in the world for a month.

But dramas, soaps, films and the usual rubbish should be avoided.
