Assalamualaikum all and ramadan mubarak.

I have been meaning to seek clarification onthis for a while but i am not entirely sure on reading salat in jamaat - in that what i should recite and what i leave to the imam.

1. can someone give me an example of what i would recite myself say for Isha salat, where obviously the first 2 rakats would be recited aloud by the imam?

2. Is there any difference in what i recite to the prayers which are read quietly (Zuhr and Asr)?

P.S. I follow Hanafi madhab.
