Default What quantity of prayers (salah) in other mathabs
In the Hanafi Mathab we are taught the following classification of Salah:-
Sunna tul muakida have to be prayed, missing them makes one sinful.

Subh/Fajr
2 Rakah Sunna tul muakida
2 " Fard

Duhur
4 Rakah Sunnatul muakida
4 " Fard
2 " Sunnatul muakida
2 " Nawafil

Asr
4 Rakah Sunna
4 " Fard

Magrib
3 Rakah Fard
2 " Sunatul muakida
2 " Nawafil

Eisha
4 Rakah Sunnah
4 " Fard
2 " Sunatul muakida
2 " Nawafil
3 " Wajib
2 " Nawafil

My question is do other mathabs pray similar numbers? I notice people tend to only pray the fard in the masjid I attend.

Praying Sunnah prayers at home is better than praying them at the masjid so that may explain why you don't see many people praying sunnah there.

The 2 nawafil of dhuhr, 4 rak'ah before 'asr, 2 nawafil of maghrib, the 4 before 'esha and the 4 (2+2) nawafil after 'esha which you have written are NOT muwakkadah, they are ghayr-muwakkadah ie the Holy Prophet occasionally performed them (save the 4 before 'esha which are not reported in the ahadith). If you omit them regularly you are NOT sinful, although obviously best is to pray them.
The sunnah muwakkadah should be prayed and one is sinful if it is omitted regularly according to the hanafi madhhab.

Muslims from other madhahib also pray the sunnah muwakkadah, they call it al-sunan al-rawatib and it may not be sinful to miss them but it is usually seen as a defect if one omits them regularly.

Allah knows best.
