Jazakallah-khair ![]() My brother attends his madressa. Mufti Saheb DB is Khalifa of Hazrat Maseeh al Ummat Maseehullah Khan RA. He is extremely strict on Sunnat and Shariat. You are correct in saying hd is sensible, open and level minded. I would say go for it for his mureeds are also epitomes of humbleness and Sunnat. ![]() ![]() |

Jazakallah-khair I don't know, but from my little impression and experience, you should be ready to become an outcast of society should you pursue an islahi relationship.also,Mufti Saheb is very close to Maulana A.S. Desai Saheb of The Majlis. was salam |

![]() salamz. nice to see a thread not concerning shias today! my brother knows mufti boda, he is a student at the madressah and he really luvs mufti saheb! lol! so i dont think he cub be thaaat strict.lol! Bro Moosa, the chicken issue is one issue, and there are many other issues that come up from time to time.I follow Ml.Desais rulings to a large extent for the past three years and bro,the heat is still on.I mean guys think you some kind of spy or something. But as I say,if you prepared to have problems withthose close to you,the you should go forward. But as I suggested, try to first experience Mufti Saheb's tarteeb and then make a formal decision. N.B. probably I feel the heat because of the type of people I associate with.I also had problems when going jamat.it takes one or two narrow-minded people to stir up trouble. was salam |

![]() Brother, Mufti Saheb HA holds a Majlis every Sunday 11AM TO 12PM at the madressa. Try and attend. If you require more details I can ask my brother as well. What bro Mathbooh has said is all correct but I have reservations about "problematic" children being sent there. I do not believe that is entirely the case. Further, aren't "problem" kids sent to madressa/hostel for islaah, in the general sense. Allahu'alam ![]() ![]() jazakallah-khair br mathbooh and br afriki-haq for your time and info, i really appreciate it. br mathbooh if you feel the people you associating with are detrimental to your deen why do you still associate with them (i know its not my business) but im just wondering, because from your threads which i read so far you seem to be a very intelligent person! please dont feel obliged to answer my question. |

Bismihi Ta'ala
Asalamualaikum. Dear brother moosak, My personal adivce is email the Shaykh with any and every question you have. Last month I heard a lecture from Hadhrat A.S Desai and in the lecture he was saying something along those lines. I then got the email of Hadhrat A.S. Desai and emailed him with all the questions I had. I even asked him how old he was. Alhumdulillah he answered every single question, and he did so very promptly. The thing is you should find out from the Shaikh himself. Here is some advice from Hadhrat A.S. Desai that he sent to me: It is extremely difficult in this era to find a genuine Shaikh who sincerely engages in the Islaah of his mureeds. Nowadays the emphasis is on halqah thikr and singing nazams. Most of the sheikhs themselves do not understand the meaning of Tasawwuf. They do not fulfil the rights of their mureeds nor do they understand what are the rights of their mureeds. They furthermore are careless and do not correctly observe the ahkaam of the Shariah. One has to be exceptionally careful when accepting a sheikh as one’s guide. |

As Salaamu Alaykum
Dear Respected Brothers and Sisters. I am a student of deen and have been a student of Respected Mufti Hashim Boda for many years in the Madrassah Maseehiyyah Ashrafiyyah. We(the students) have met the Respected Moulana Ahmad Sadiq Desai Saheb personally on many occasions. Both the Respected Iluminaries of deen are the mureeds of Hazrat Masehullah Khan Saheb(Rahmatullah Alayh). I can say much about Mufti Hashim Boda, and honestly you have to meet him personally and attend his majaalis to really see what how humble and down to earth he is. Mufti Saheb is strict on deen and never ever deviates from the truth. Be prepared to destroy your carnal desires(nafs) and in doing so,will be a battle in todays' times. I have never met any Moulana or Mufti that is so strict on the shariah and humble at the same time. You can't go wrong.I speak from my own experiences. May Allah Taala keep the ummah on haq, always, under any circumstance.Ameen. Jazkallahu Khayr Ahqar mohammed. |
