Aren't the Qaum of Yajooj Majooj supposed to be released AFTER Imam Mahdi's arrival, Dajjal's emergence, Isa AS descending and defeating Dajjal and then taking the Ummah to a mountain? And aren't they supposed to drink all the water, and then after finishing everything decide to Nautubillah defeat Allah and by throwing their arches in the air in hope of defeating Allah SWT. and their bows which shall be returned in blood, and they'll rejoice till small worms start eating up their bodies. This does not tally with the Quranic account of the journey of Zhul-Qarnain to the north after having gone west and east. btw, Not sure if he was a prophet also.

If he travelled north to the location you have found, then his kingdom would have been in central or southern Arabia (Hijaz/Yemen). Historic accounts sometimes refer to him as Cyrus of Persia. He certainley was not in Arabia (IF it was him).

We will know where the wall is once the Yajuj-Majuj have been unleashed.

I have heard some suggest he was but I think that the more common view is that he was a pious man who Allah gave wisdom and strength.
