Default Food on Royal Jordanian Airlines food Halal or Haram ? Alchohol Halal ?
Royal Jordanian Airlines proudly serves Alcohol ( Black Label & other brands ) on their air-flights. I was wondering if the meat they serve is halal or not since they serve Alcohol. Can they be trusted ?

Many countries in the Middle East serve meat that is mechanically slaughtered or slaughtered by non-Muslims, which may also be the case with the airlines. Some Arabs are also of the opinion that meat from Jews and Christians is also permissible without any conditions (you see these people eating at McDonalds, KFC, etc. without reservation here in North America). Personally, I would not eat the meat served on these airlines but you can call the airlines directly and ask them about their meat.

I've read numbers of articles that written by non-Muslims which they suggest to avoid drinking alcohol during flight.

My confusion, if non-Muslims themselves suggest to avoid alcohol during flight, why Muslim country airlines serves alcohol in flight?

Because many non-muslims understand our way of life and how not to hurt us, while some 'muslims' think we should understand and accommodate them...

Wa'alaikumsalam

That's true.

There are many Christians in my mother family, also I have a number of Christian friends. Sometime they consume alcohol, but they never offer alcohol to Muslims. Different than some some Muslims in my place who argue, hotel and restaurant should provide alcoholic beverages to make tourists feel comfortable.
