![]() Isn't this the guy who thinks Shia are our brothers and that those rising against Assad the dog are puppets of Dajjal? And he does not believe in Rajm and takes many hadith to be symbolic when they are clearly literal and no one has considered them to be symbolic before him? You are posting a video of this man because...? ![]() |

Really? Does Sheikh Imran really not believe in Rajm?Where have you heard/ read that?I have just recently started listing t him and was impressed by his analysis of the world When I heard that he had praised the Assad regime I thought it was just a rumour. Now I learn from you that he rejects rajam. ![]() Tbh, I have no idea how people love his 'analysis' of the world, and the random predictions he makes. He has always seemed extremely poorly researched to me. Anyway, this is the video where he denies rajm: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsUq-C7ZV7o He also holds errant views about abrogation and denies certain authentic hadith on the basis that he does not think the Prophet ![]() ![]() |

Now I learn from you that he rejects rajam. He always praises Iran and Khomeini. In spite of that I gave him benefit of doubt for years. I had been listening his lectures for almost 7 years without knowing his opinion on Rajm. But this one was the last straw that broke the camel's back: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bllV6yY64G0 One has to be extremely cynic and living in a la la land to ignore the genocidal extermination of Muslims by the kuffar Nusairi regime in Syria. |

Is rajm part of the fundamentals of aqeeda? Must all sahih hadith be accepted as authentic by everyone? I am asking because I would like some clarification.
America wants to attack Syria and start a war there if possible. this does not mean that Asad is good, he is a monster...just saying that there are other powerful groups agenda here not just a simple good verses evil fight, we should be weary of just supporting the Americans because they always have ulterior motives.

Yes rajm is a part of our fundamentals. Several scholars have cited ijma on it. Anwar Shah Kashmiri sees it as a basis to declare the khawarij as unbelievers because of their denial of rajm.
So yes, the person who denies the punishment of rajm is a kafir who deserves to be put to death in an Islamic state. |

I am asking because I would like some clarification. ![]() Some scholars may consider a hadith to be authentic and another may not but this is always on the basis that there is some weakness in the chain according to one of them and not according to the other. Hadith are not declared to be weak or fabricated just because it is incomprehensible to the mind of Imran Hosein that our Nabi ![]() ![]() |

Before someone is declared a unbeliever and put to death the ulama use their intellectual power to convince the person of the error of their ways.

Imran Hussein is one of those people who is interesting and fun to listen to and tahts why we should be careful and not allow our hawa to cloud our judgement. He clearly has issues which are so severe that he shoudlnt be supported. its a shame because he has some very good points too
I dont know how anyone could read through the issues raised against him in this thread and still defend him to be honest, this is quite a severe proof against him |

Turning Syria into a warzone is not good many innocent people will die or be affected by it. If I was in Syria with my family I would not like my homeland to be turned into another Iraq. At least in as far as I know deen was allowed to be freely practiced? yes people will die, but inshallah they will die as shaheeds for a very important cause. we cant leave people like assad in charge, many of his ilk are gone now and before they were choking the ummah and inshAllah Assad will go soon. clearly the syrian people believe in this |

I was trying to say that people should intellectually give the reasons for his errors here on the board, instead of talking about what he says and what the punishment is. The power of argument is more convincing than the threat of violence against someone.
noone is declaring imran hussein a disbeliever or saying he should be put to death, just that if someone was saying things which are kufr, YES we should try to convince them etc but we certainly shouldnt start taking knowledge from them and supporting their cause |
