This may sound silly to you all but i would like to know something in regards to isha namaz.
I have been told that there are 4-4-2-2-3-2 rakats in isha then after that you read your witr is this right Or wrong please advise. Im so worried. |

4 Sunnah
4 Fardh - You Have To Perform 2 Sunnah - Its Sunnah Muakaddah 2 Nafl 3 Witr - It Is Wajib 2 Nafl 4 Fardh 2 Sunnah 3 Witr After The Fardh - The Tahajjud Salaah Can Be Performed. |

It is a summation of 17 Rakahs distributed as follows:
4 Sunnah (Ghayr-Mauqida - Not-emphasized) 4 Fardh (Obligatory with explicit proofs) 2 Sunnah (Mauqida - Emphasized) 2 Nafl (Voluntary) 3 Witr (Wajib - Obligatory with derived proofs) 2 Nafl (Voluntary) And Allah knows best. |
