Let's say I know the adhan will play at 9:24.
I look at the clock at 9:20, and know I need to perform wudhu.

Should I do it immediately, and finish before the adhan begins?
Should I do it during the adhan?
Should I wait until the adhan is complete?

It's mustahabb (recommended) to perform wudu' before prayer's time even enters.
