I have heard that a list is issued and regularly updated of the Khuilafah of Shaykh (Hakeem) Akhtar Saheb (HA). Does anyone know where it is on his site?

There surely is a list, that is maintained by Hazrat Mir Sahib DB (Hazrat Shaykh DB's right hand companion) - the last time I saw, it was part of a diary of his - but not really issued or distributed as far as I know. One can contact the Khanqah to know if there's a Khalifa of Hazrat Shaykh in a certain country / city. I doubt the whole list is in public domain.

Some of them are listed in one of the posts SF, but it's only some of many.

Well... you should strive to attend.

That said, I couldn't respond on two accounts:
1. Was extremely engaged, especially due to Hazrat Feroze Memon DB's visit to Qatar (which was ma sha Allah very beneficial for everyone who attended the bayanaat and majalis, and in sha Allah, for those too who couldn't - have heard my beloved Shaykh (may Allah preserve him and elevate his stature) say that even when Awliya of Allah pass through a locality, it's residents do not get deprived of their blessings (barakaat), let alone when they actually stay somewhere.

2. I was going to Karachi, and Khanqah, for a 1-day visit last Sunday, and therefore thought it against the adab to verify your query by phone when I was going to be there on a Sunday myself.

I can now confirm that there's no Zikr-e-Jihr majlis after Sunday majlis / bayan (last Sunday, the bayan was delivered by Maulana Ibrahim hafizahullah).

The Zikr majlis after fajr is permanent.
