Default Detailed analysis of Hadith wanted


I want a detailed analysis of the famous hadith which is presented as proof for the abrogation of Rafa Yadain reported by Nasai , abu Dawood , Tirmidhi. I am already aware of the superficiality of the issues regarding this hadith so kindly avoid that. A book will be welcomed.The explanation should cover the issue of Tadless associated with this hadith and the relevance of the Tabqat ul mudaliseen of Ibn hajjar to it. It should also cover the explanation of the criticism of early muhaditheen regarding this hadith.

Specially @ Mufti Abu Hajira ,Muzammil Husayn , Ansari , godilali.

أُصَلِّي بِكُمْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ : فَصَلَّى ، فَلَمْ يَرْفَعْ يَدَيْهِ إِلَّا مَرَّةً واحدا "

Dr Sahib, I would appreciate if you can take my name off the list. A Miskeen like me doesn't belong there, especially next to gems.

I would also like to make a correction, this narration doesn't necessarily prove abrogation, it might prove our Mas'alah but not abrogation (although some have used it in conjunction with the title heading of al-Nasa'i but this is just speculation - Dhann).

I will add a point to my inquiry to make the things more clear so that if the brothers want to add some further material to the explanation , things will get contextualized for them. There are certain Salafi Muhaditheen who have deemed this Hadith authentic. The prominent names are that of Shaykh Albani ra and Allama Ahmad Shakir ra. A few contemporary Salafi scholars have deemed it dhaeef. The most prominent among them is Hafiz Zubair Alizai. His main argument is that Sufyan Thawri ra is Mudalis and he is reporting with a'n so tadlees is established and so the Hadith is not authentic. A further inquiry into this issue reveals the fact that Hafiz Zubair Alizai has rejected the Tabqaat of mudaliseen established by Imam Ibn Hajjar while Shaykh Albani used to believe in the validity of Ibn Hajjar's Tabqaat ul Mudaliseen so did Allama Ahmad Shakir. I am looking for a detailed explanation of this hadith in the context of Tabqaat ul mudaliseen.

Here is proof of Samaat:حديث علقمة عن عبد الله قالألا أريكم صلاة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فرفع يديه، في أول تكبيرة ثم لم يعد. فقال: يرويه عاصم ابن كليب عن عبد الرحمن ابن الأسود، عن علقمة،حدّث به الثوريعنه. ورواه أبو بكر النهشلي عن عاصم ابن كليب عن عبد الرحمن ابن الأسود، عن أبيه، وعلقمة، عن عبد الله وكذلك رواه ابن ادريس عن عاصم بن كليب عن عبد الرحمن بن الأسود عن علقمة عن عبد الله. وإسناده صحيح،[Ilal al-DaraQutni, Hadith # 806]Note at:""حدث به الثوري""which is Seegha-e-Samaat and then Imam Daraqutni has shown a different chain too and "ALSO DECLARED THE CHAIN AS "SAHIH"Whether Imam Daraqutni called last wording of hadith as Ghayr Mahfuz or not but the point is he considered Chain as Authentic and also clarified about "SAMAAT OF SUFYAN THAWRI"
