Default Contempt of court bill against Quran and Hadith: Imran
Opposing the new contempt of court law passed by the National Assembly, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has said that the nation has been divided through the legislation. Addressing a press conference flanked by Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Hamid Khan on Tuesday, the PTI chief said that the new bill was in violation of the holy Quran and the Hadith, adding that the new bill was amid at protecting new Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf. He said that the government wanted to provide cover to its members so that they could plunder the national wealth and use it in the next general election. The government wanted that its ministers kept looting the country and the court couldn’t touch them, he added. He said that the government would make noise on the pretext of democracy being in jeopardize if the court took action against their corruption. Khan said that he wanted to tell that the court must strike down what he said discriminative law of contempt of court. The PTI chief also criticized coalition partners of the government saying, they provided cover to the looters. To a question, Khan said that he would decide future course of action after consultation with the party. He hailed appointment of Fakhruddin G Ebrahim as Election Commissioner.

how does he reach this conclusion?

and what about the constitution of pakistan that states in article 45 that 'the President has the absolute power to "grant pardon, reprieve and respite and to remit, suspend or commute any sentence passed by any court, tribunal or other authority'

yet Section 2.a states no law will will be made repugnant to the Quran and Sunnah.

what does imran khan say about that?

let us see if imran khan's take on islam should be trusted
here are the Muslim 'scholars' whose works he read in his research of Islam:
'I read scholars like Ali Shariati, Mohammad Asad, Iqbal, Gai Eaton, plus of course, a study of the Holy Quran.'

lets see.

Ali Shariati (shia scholar of iran)
Mohammad Asad (this is what SP had to say about him)
Iqbal (a great poet and thinker. but not a 'scholar' of Islam)
Gai Eaton (popular british journalist and thinker. but not a scholar by any means)

as for the article i quoted imran khan from that can be exposed for many weak points that lead to the conclusion his judgement on modern day Islam is not correct.
