There are definetly things to read/do to make you wealthy.

First of all Surat al-Waqi`ah. They say that whoever reads Surat al-Wa`iyah every night will never be touched by poverty. Thus reading it increases your rizq.

Another du`a to read is la hawla wa la quwwatah illa billahil `alee al-`adheem which if you read much will increase your rizq. There is also 100 times a day la illaha il Allah al-malik al-haqq al-mubin -- if my memory serves me correct (I know it prevents `adhab al-qabr, but I cannot remember if it increases rizq).

Another thing to do is Hajj because there is a hadith that says that the Hajji never becomes poor.

If you want to know what to read then get this book called Abwab al-Faraj by Sh. al-`alawi al-maliki al-hassani in Arabic.

was Salam.

salam,

yeah, "allah make me wealthy!"

get hold of al-hizb al-a'zam -in it is every du'a you need.

* "allaahumma-kfiniy bi-Halaalika 'an Haraamika wa-aghniniy bi-faDlika 'amman siwaak"

which means something like, suffice me with halal which would divert me from haram and enrich me by your grace (fadl) that i need nobody but you.

* "allaahumma-rzuqniy fa-innaka khayru-r-raaziqiyn"

allah, provide for me for surely you are the best of providers.

* "rabbanaa aatinaa fid-dunyaa Hasanatan wa-fil-aakhirati Hasanatan wa qinaa 'adhaaban-naar" (QURAN)

our lord, grant us in this world great good and in the next great good and save us from the fire.

* "allaahumma inniy Da'iyfun fa-qawwiniy wa-inniy dhaliylun fa-a'izzaniy wa-inniy faqirun fa-rzuqniy"

allah, indeed i am weak so strengthen me and i am lowly so give me honour('izza) and i am poor so provide for me

* "rabbi inniy limaa anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqir" (MUSA, QURAN)

my lord, i am indeed in need (as a faqir) of any good you send to me

The most simple and yet the most powerful duaa, be always grateful to Allah swt for everything and always say "elhamdulillahi rabbil alameen" no matter what and insha'Allah Allah swt will increase your wealth.

Yes, it is narrated that the Imam of Ahl al-Bayt, Ja`far as-Sadiq, once said, "ash-shukr hafiz al-ni`ma" thankfulness sustains blessings.

Thankfulness, by part of divine promise, will increase the good you have. Sinfulness will decrease your blessings. Du'a asking Allah to make one wealthy is another means to closeness to Allah. There are many people who have made du'a and become wealthy. There is also giving sadaqa which will increase one's wealth in the hereafter and not decrease one's wealth in this life -- as our Beloved informed us. Imam al-Shadhili has Hizb al-Rizq as one of his ahzab that you can find in a book of awrad.

But, let us also remember the sahabi who went to the Prophet asking him to make du'a that he become wealthy. The Prophet rejected the request, but after the sahabi kept coming asking for du'a the Prophet then made du'a that the person become wealthy. The person then indeed became wealthy, but quit coming to salat, and quit giving zakat, and it ruined him.

However, our master the Victorious Lion of Allah, the one who even looking at him is `ibadah, Sayyidina `Ali ibn Abi Talib (karam Allahu wajjahu) is narrated to have said, "If poverty was a man I would have killed him." This is because poverty is extremely hard. Allah and his Prophet ask us to help the poor as much as we can. Poverty is an extremely hard trial, may Allah protect us from it.

Surat al-Waqiy`ah is probably the best thing to read.

was Salam.

Does anyone have the references for the hadith in which is narrated this story min fadlikum ?

My question to you then is how hard are you willing to work for it?

The reason I asked you this question is because I want to acertain whether you are serious in doing what it takes, or just looking for an easy way out.
