In pakistan u may not find an alcoholic pepsi or coke.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

Foods and drinks that contain alcohol derived from sources other than dates and grapes are permissible to consume with the following conditions:

It is not used as an intoxicant or to an amount which intoxicates
It is not used in vain

So is it ok to drink Pepsi or Coke? I was planning to stop drinking then, anyways I am not a big fan of soft drinks.
