assalamo alaykum. What do the 'ulama Deoband say about Maulana Abul Kalam Azad? he was close to Maulana Madni, i think.

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad was a notable leaders and as such respected more so at a time where the britisher are using communal strife to politically power themselves.
