Default Praying Fajr Qaza ?
Praying Fajr Qaza ?

Question:

If by unexpected circumstances I need to pray fajr Qaza .Do I need to
complete the 2 sunnat.

Answer:

If by unexpected circumstances a person misses Fajr Salah, then up until the time of Zawal (when the sun is at the highest point in the day) of that day, he should read the two Sunnas and the two Fards Rakats. After Zawal, he will only perform the two Fard of Fajr.

So even if it is after sunrise you can still read Fajr Salaah
But after Zawal time its Qaza?

No, after sunrise, the two Fardh of Fajr will be Qadha. But unlike other prayers, the sunnahs of Fajr will be permissible to pray even after its time has passed, until zawal (midday).
