Default Now What?
France is evacuating Afghanistan beginning next month ending and the end of this year. Lord Most High willing the heat felt by the remaining NATO miscreants should accelerate their departure too.

Now what? What should we Muslims do next. We know what west will do next a little bit. It is not a resounding victory with which they leave but more of a whimper and their historians can expect some stiff scrutiny by scholars sympathetic to Islam and Muslims when they try to assert that it was not a defeat for the US and NATO forces. But that is what the west will try - to project it as a victory. Other thing that they shall try and that has already started that they will resume their old propaganda : The moment you utter Islam they shall jump on you shouting intolerance, fundamentalism, terrorism. The war of values will be resumes. And we have none except for Allah (SWT) on this side with us.

And then there is this task of giving a viable alternative to the western way of life. This is not a trivial task and yours truly does not think that we have done enough in this direction. So far we are happy to imitate some of western activities and then we lapse to self-congratulation. In social, economic, scientific and political matters our alternative is not visible enough to be taken seriously. SF does not even have a reconstruction of Afghanistan thread. Events in Syria are in a critical position, Israel might look precarious but you never know when US might give a more push to their plans, and then there is the unsolved problem of unity of Ummah. To yours truly the presence of a US envoy in OIC gives enough indication that unity of Ummah is as undesirable, perhaps more than that, then it is desirable for us.

In short we do have enough work at our hands. Volunteers rising up to to the occasion will indeed be a pleasant sight for us. May Allah (SWT) raise them up from amongst us. SF can at least serve the armchair part of the task.

Akhi Nuke, like so many brothers and sisters on SF, you warm up my heart.

I would recommend everybody to read above post - every sentence is precious and their is soul in it. Earlier too some other brothers have shown the same flare. May Allah (SWT) accept these sentiments and accept us for the service of His Deen.

I'll pick up the threads later on - it needs much more attention than I can pay right now and thus I have just recorded these few thoughts.
