Allahhum Ya Rab ( O Lord ) Bi (through) jaahi (grace of , virtue of ) Muhammad Bin Abdullah Salalahu alayhi wa sallam (Muhammad bin Abdullah peace and blessings be upon him) Ijmaa' (gather) baini (between me) wa baina sayidina Muhamma bin Abdullah ( and between my syed Muhammad bin Abdullah ) Fid dunya (in the world) Qabala akhira (before the judgment day).

سلام عليكم
Here is a transcription of the dua:

Allāhumma yā rabb
bi-jāhi sayyidina Muḥammadi bni ʿAbdi llāh
ṣalla llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam
ijmaʿ baynī wa-bayna sayyidina Muḥammadi bni ʿAbdi llāhi fi d-dunyā qabla l-ākhira

Returns (end of lines) mark a slight pause where pausal forms are used.
