Another trick..
For TJ workers, dont go to ulema ask someone old in TJ for masail.
And for all TJ workers including me, we are guiding people to Islam, rather than our own Islah. Assalamu alaykum

For TJ workers, dont go to ulema ask someone old in TJ for masail. Rather go to ulema who know TJ. Others say where in quran it is written to go for 40 days.

And for all TJ workers including me, we are guiding people to Islam, rather than our own Islah Why should one spend time away from his family, take his hard earned money, leave something to his family from his hard earned capital, sleep in a masjid without bed surrounded by mosquitoes, eat half cooked food. For some one else OR for himself.

Bro, you unnecessarily defensive when it comes to TJ. lol.
Chillax maan. None of us are perfect. There is always room for improvement. If we point out the ways to improve to each other it will strengthen us collectively. The bro who posted it is himself a TJ worker.

Sticky threads and threads started by bro amr, adam, Fusus etc are tedious. I know about those things, what's the need to spend time on those Amaal related topics? Rather I should spend time on controversial threads. Because I'm knowledgeable enough to take part in crushing Bidats and Baatils.

shaitan in me:

defame ur self on SF so that people may think u to b a down to earth person.
Tricks of shytan . keep you obsessed with what people think so you do not concentrate on what Allah thinks of you.

Of course this trick is played with people who are on the right track trying to perfect 'ikhlas' / mukhlis trying to become a ' mukhlas ' / one achived in ikhlas

The second stage of the Shytans trick will be make you think you are
'mukhlas'

Concentrate on Allah alone and forget every other dynamics supposedly influencing your world.

This is something I myself am trying to understand now , so shared it. Maybe others and you brother have a better understanding.

May be the OP has been answered but still I would like to add what Hazrat Aqdas Hakim-ul-Ummat Mujaddid-e-Millat Maulana Shah Muhammed Ashraf Ali Sahab Thanwi (RA) said that a person who goes ahead on committing a sin with the intention that he shall repent later on is in the danger of loosing his iman.

Personally I have not read many warnings that are more stern than this one.

May Allah(SWT) protect us from the trickeries of nafs and Iblis.

Whisperings: "It isn't your fault that things didn't work out. If so-and-so hadn't done that, you would have been able to carry out your duty so it's their fault, not yours." -and- "Well, you made a noble commitment to help the person in need and so you should honour that commitment even if it means missing prayer - Allah knows what is in your heart. In fact, you'll probably get so many rewards and people will love you if you do more of these 'good deeds'."

Say: Shall We inform you who will be the greatest losers by their works? (18-103)
Those whose effort goeth astray in the life of the world, and yet they reckon that they do good work. (18-104)

Trick: I have become old(puraana) worker in tableegh
This is actually a very dangerous trick and unfortunately I have seen many people fall into this trap. Takabbur takes over to such an extent that the work that is supposed to bring humility and patience, now becomes a source of arrogance and empty pride.

May Allah swt save us from this.

more recent ploy- This maulana is not giving hadith references in his khutbah/ bayaan, so all he says is not authentic or is da'eef hadith based. so, no need to act upon it.
no need to go to any bayaan or Islamic gatherings, I can listen better ulema on the Cd or internet.

"The night is long. Your bed is soft. The covers are warm."

"Sleep more and don't worry cause' you're Hanafi. You can delay fajr a little bit."

Implementation of ^

10 minutes are left => sleep for more 5 minutes=> This is fajr, Imam will recite longer surahs so sleep some time..When you get you will see sun rises.

Or is it for the people who think they are living a life for Allah .... indicating a lesson for them as well , Riya and shirk or weakness in quality of worship
( no ikhlas , sidk ).

They use the same tricks everywhere .

I never thought so many people could have the same exact thought I had even before I got remotely interested
on the details of Islamic knowledge . I remember having this exact feeling when I first got motivated long ago
towards Islam. I was not even exposed to any such threads or platforms . I even avoided Islamic minded people
then.

I suppose it is for those who are deviating from the Right Path. Allah(SWT) does not like deviation in the least bit.
