Assalam-o-allaikum

I want to ask a question that if someone says two times "Talak" what would be then happen? will the couple have to perform nikah again? and then what would be about that two talak? 2nd question is that a husband is angry and just thinking in his mind that he is giving talak to his wife. What does islam say about it?

Just his voices of brain is saying these. means he is just thinking a thought which comes undeliberately and also his tongue and heart did not say this.
