For reasons not related to mere curiosity I'm looking for more infos regarding the "Pakistan National Accreditation Council" (PNAC); does anyone of you know about it? Is it reliable? Does it work under the authority of Ulama' and/or are Ulama' checking its work?

Preferibly a reply from scholars and knowledgeable brothers from Pakistan itself would be very much appreciated..
