رَجَبٌ شَهْرُ اللَّهِ ، وَشَعْبَانُ شَهْرِي ، وَرَمَضَانُ شَهْرُ أُمَّتِي
“Rajab is Allaah’s month, Shabaan is my month and Ramadaan if the month of my Ummah.”

Shaykhul Hadith Fazlur Rahman Aazmi (HA) says that its a fabrication so accept it.

Colonel saab for the reply. I have accepted it; it's just that I have read this narration on well-known sites whose scholars also agree that excessively weak and fabricated ahadith are not to be used at all (even when narrating virtues). So this is what sparked my curiosity over whether there was a difference in its grading.
