Default I converted to Islam
I was born a muslim. I sort of knew some things, at about 13 I became an atheist. At 14 I reverted back to Islam. I'm still a muslim to this day.

Did I sin? Is there a chance of me going to heaven.

out of curiosity, what prompted you to come back to Islam?

and mash'allah to you for coming back to the right path. May Allah continue to guide you.

I think there is a verse or hadith stating that someone who converts is as if he has created a new sinless life for them self.

Assalamu 'alaykum,

I hope the following answers your query:

‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas was a mushrik (polytheist, idol-worshipper), a sinner and an enemy of Allaah. He said: “When Allaah put the love of Islam into my heart, I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to pledge my allegiance to him. He stretched out his hand towards me, but I said, ‘I will not pledge allegiance to you, O Messenger of Allaah, until you forgive me my previous sins.’ The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to me, ‘O ‘Amr, do you not know that Islam wipes out whatever sins came before it.’”

(Narrated by Imaam Ahmad, 17159)

“Say, O My Servants who have wronged against their souls: Do not despair of God’s mercy. God forgives all sins: He is truly Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.” (Qur’an: 39: 53-54)

Wassalam.

inshAllah I am sure there is a good chance for you to attain paradise inshAllah, just strive hard to practice your religion, do good, be kind to your family, work had for the ummah and inshAllah khair. Im a revert alhamdulillah, so I guess that makes us brothers ahlan wa sahlan

Masha Allah. May Allah keep you steadfast on His deen. Ameen.

Even if you did/do commit a sin, as long as you are sincerely ask for forgiveness, Allah will forgive you. And those whom Allah has forgiven with go to Heaven. Concentrate on doing good and keeping away from wrong and your path will remain straight forward.

A wise person told me something recently.

"...the roads of forgiveness are always open. Even if you stumble a thousand times daily, get up and ask Allah Ta`ala’s forgiveness. Who knows, the moment of acceptance may just crown your unrelenting efforts.."

I think that you enter Islam with a clean sheet, but not sure how it works if you re-accept Islam.

I am hoping that you are going to be okay, I agree with what has been said above - now you are a real Muslim, now you actually believe.
